Kindly be assured we will do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of shipments, the order may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for deliveries during holidays because it may cause a significant delay in the shipment of your order. But if so, we will contact you via email if this is the case.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correctly and accurately.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. Please be careful submitting shipping information.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are personally not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your local authorities.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund and return the merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must not be worn, washed, altered or broken within 5 days of delivery. A picture of proof of product purchased and status is required when making this request. Please allow at least 5 business days for refunds and processing time. All discounted items are final sale.
